[TSL] New Database Tools

Due to the overwhelming hits on the Online Database, I have had to rewrite a
lot of the extractions routines.

They are now fast - 3 - 10 seconds over a 28.8 link.

For the techies - I changed from Cold Fusion to Active Server Pages and
Visual Basic script. Cold Fusion works great on a LAN but not over dialin.

These are very basic as I am just starting to figure out how to get the
fastest response for those with slower modems.

Please - Feedback welcomed. I'm interested in how AOL handles the script.
They all work OK with Netscape 3.01 and MSIE 3.02.

There are search routines for Port and Shipname (1890 - 1930).
The date searches are coming shortly. Trying to integrate a calendar online.
