Cannot help with passenger list but can give sailing details.

 From the London Times of Thursday, June 14, 1860 Ship News:

DEAL, June 13.
9 a.m.--Wind. W.S.W., fresh
Passed.--The Cairngorm, from London for Sydney

 From other ads it appears the Cairngorm was a clipper ship.
