Hi Natalie,

Just go to Library and Archives Canada (LAC)
http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/databases/passenger/index-e.html

Go to search and type in PISA and 1912 and click on the ship name for the 
April arrival

Next page just click "View Image"  there are 40 pages.   A hint is to click 
on the image to make it larger, however, you'll have to hit the back button 
on your browser to be able to move to another image.

They aren't searchable at the LAC, but they are at Ancestry.com if you have 
a subscription.
