[TSL] Ships from Devon and Liverpool

Does anybody has any information regarding the following ships and Master
Thomas Power?

1846-1848: Master of the "Jane of Plymouth"
1845-1847: Master of the "Richard & Jane (or Richard & Ann?)"
1851-56: Captain of the "Dickie Sam, S.P".
1856-1862: Captain of the "Abbot's Reading, 1500, S.P."
1863-1868: "Worrall, 45,441 S.P"
Also, could anybody explain me what "S.P" above mean?
