[TSL] ALABAMA - Ship - 1877

Trying to find out what port in US - ALABAMA arrived sometime after July 1877.
The 1900 census stated that my great grandparents emigrated in 1877 and a son
was born July 1877 - place ALABAMA. My great grandparents emigrated from
Austria Poland. From history of the ALABAMA on the Ships List, it sailed from
Glasgow, I do not know how they would have arrived at Glasgow from Austria
Poland. Perhaps you could give me some answers.
